MARKET VALUE APPRAISAL
Market value appraisals may be required by homeowners for a wide variety of reasons. Whether you are considering selling your home privately, have questions about the accuracy of your municipal property tax assessment or require an accurate valuation for some other reason, a formal appraisal by a designated appraiser can give you the information you need.
Our appraisers will inspect the property and produce a detailed, well-written report complete with neighbourhood information, a full description of the property (including notable positive and negative attributes), photographs, comparable sales information and maps. The typical appraisal report is between 20 and 30 pages and will contain a clear explanation of the valuation analysis and conclusion.
SERVICE TYPES AND TURNAROUND TIME
We provide detailed full form appraisals for market value information assignments. Full appraisals are more accurate and reliable than drive-by appraisals because a full inspection offers the appraiser a clear understanding of the true condition of the property. Appraisal reports are completed and emailed within two business days of the property inspection for most assignments.
